Work supervision in the
construction. NORMS FOR CONSTRUCTION And
INSTALLATION STEEL FOR CONCRETE HYDRAULIC ENGINEER. A.01. - Rods, I sweep,
cables, meshes, unfolded metal and other steel profiles, that placed inside or
outside the concrete Hydraulic engineer, in ductos or without them, serve to
help this a to absorb any class of efforts. A.02. - The
steel for concrete Hydraulic engineer to that this norm talks about, are those
that use in the construction of strained structural work elements, prefabricated
normal and concrete potentates and prestressed.
MATERIALS. B.01. - The steel that is used will have preferredly to be of
a mark of recognized quality. No steel of new mark, or without antecedents of
good quality, will be authorized until it has become, in continuous form and
during 6 months at least, the contractor will have to indicate as it is the lot
of steel that is going away to use in the work, to make the sampling and tries
of the same one, before she begins to use this steel. B.02. - When circumstances
that makes be conceited that exist the characteristics of the steel for the
concrete hydraulic engineer have been modified will have to become new
laboratory tests, so that its use or rejection is decided on. B.03. - The steel
for concrete hydraulic engineer will have to arrive at the work without
oxidation detrimental, free of oils to fats, you break, grudges, hojeaduras and
deformations of the section. B.04. - The steel for reinforcement will have to be
stored under sheds, classified according to its type and section, having to
carefully protect against the humidity and chemical alteration. B.05. - The
steel for concrete hydraulic engineer, who does not fulfill the stipulated
quality, will have to be rejected, to be marked and to be retired of the work.
B.06. - The electrodes that are used in the welded joints will have to store
carefully conserving the boxes or packing of make, in dry and clean places. The
electrodes that remove from their packages will have to be used within a period
of 4 hours. The electrodes that are not used within that lapse or those that
been they have exposed during 1 hour will have to be dried in furnaces to
temperature of 260 degrees Celsius, before being used. The electrodes were
rejected that have gotten wet.
EXECUTION REQUIREMENTS. C.01. - The reinforcement rods bent slowly in
cold, to give the form them that fixes the project, whatever it is his diameter.
C.02. - The duplexes or hooks of anchorage will have to become in agreement with
the following thing: a) In stirrups the duplexes will become around a
cylindrical piece that has an equal or greater diameter of 2 times the one of
the rod. b) In smaller rods of 2,5 cm. of diameter, the anchorage hooks will
have to become around a cylindrical piece that has a diameter equal or greater
to 6 times the one of the rod, or that is doubled hooks to 180 degrees or 90
degrees. c) In all the rods of 2,5 cm. of diameter to greater, the anchorage
hooks will have to become around a cylindrical piece that have an equal or
greater diameter of 8 times the one of the rod, or that is hooks doubled to 180
or to 90 degrees. C.03. - All the rods of reinforcement will have to be placed
with the lengths that the project fixes and joints were not used. C.04. -
The joints will be of two types: Overlapped or welded,
and the type will have to be used that fixes the project. Except for indication
in opposite, in a same section it will not be allowed to join but of 33 % of the
reinforcement rods, and joints in sections of maximum effort of tension were
avoided. C.05. - When the project does not fix another thing, the overlapped
joints will have a minimum length of 40 times the diameter or side, of the
corrugated rod. They were placed in the points of smaller effort of tension; its
positioning in places was not authorized where the section does not allow a free
minimum separation of once and average the maximum size of the heavy aggregate,
between the joint and the next rod but. C.06. - In the welded joints, the ends
of the rods or I sweep will be united by means of weld of the electrical arc and
metallic electrodes. The manual labor of the soldering irons will have to be
described previously for the conditions in which the work was executed. The
electrodes were used in the position indicated for their type and will have to
be of a classification so, that they are able to transmit 1,25 times the force
of flow of tension of the rods or I sweep, with no need to exceed the Maximum
resistance these. The preparation and positioning of the ends of the rods or
sticks will be as it is indicated next: a) The surfaces to weld and the adjacent
ones them, up to 5 cm. to one and another side of the meeting, will have to be
clean, without laminate grudges and free of I oxidize, painting, fat, cement or
any other material stranger.
The presence of laminate grudges was tolerated that resist
vigorous brushed with wire brush, as well as a light layer of drying oil or
antirust covering. b) The surfaces in which it is going away to deposit the weld
in meetings to top with complete penetration, will have to be smooth and
uniform, without irregularities, flashes, it tear, cracks or other defects that
unfavorably affect the quality or resistance of the weld. c) The cuts necessary
to prepare bevels will have to take control with oxyacetylene blowpipe or
segueta; when it is used blowpipe will have to eliminate the dreg produced by
the cut, and the final finished one of the surfaces in which it is going away to
deposit the weld had to be similar to which it is obtained in cuts with segueta.
In case of being necessary, the cuts with blowpipe will be corrected with
segueta, emery or machining them. d) The details and the sequel of elaboration
of meetings were planned so that comfortable access to the surfaces is always
had in which the weld was deposited, and that this can be placed in all the
cases, even in the possible unfavorable position but. e) The parts to unite and
the auxiliary organizational elements, will have to be aligned suitably to
reduce the eccentricities to the minimum. f) When fillet welds are used, the two
I sweep or the bar and the plate of joint will have to be placed in complete
contact. The separation between the two parts that are going to receive the cord
will not have to be greater of 5 millimeters, nor of ¼ of diameter of the bar.
g) In unions to top I sweep it will have to be aligned carefully, before
beginning to deposit the weld, so that the axes of the sections agree to unite.
It will be had as much special well-taken care of in, which the edges of bevels
agree exactly, in size as in alignment. |
