Platform. PLATFORM. The
planes and in which it indicates the Inspector, the alignments will be
constructed of the dimensions and in the sites shown in, the as much
cross-sectional slopes as longitudinal, they will be governed by the norms of
the local organization, in his defect, the Inspector will determine them.
Generally its cross-sectional slope will be between the 1,5% and 3% towards the
road and the longitudinal slope will keep parallelism with the axis from the
route.
The types of more common platforms are:
Platform of Concrete. They will take to a base or mezzanine of 20 cm. of
conformed thickness of river sand or stone. In the case of using river sand, it
will be compacted with mechanical equipment until a density of the 100% of the
modified Proctor. If the base is of stone, this one will be clean,
nonmeteorizada and of maximum size of 15 cm. to obtain a layer of equal
thickness, recuñada with thin granular material, and 5 cm. more of this same
material, that can be clean sand and gravel (gravels). On this base a layer of
concrete will be placed, of 8 cm. of thickness, with resistance of 210 Kg./cm2.
The edges will have 10 cm. of thickness in concrete; the layer of concrete will
drain in plates of 2 alternate ms and. The finished one will become by means of
present wooden pallet until a uniform surface. When one is reconstruction, the
finished one will be as similar as it is possible to the existing adjacent
platform.
Platform of Arenón. On the executed mezzanine as it is specified in ordinal
no. 1 of this numeral, a simple concrete layer of 175 Kg./cm2 of 8 cm. of
thickness, following the norms established for concrete in numerals 5,1 5,18 of
these specifications will be fused. Once placed this layer and before setting,
it will above be placed gray cement paste a thin and gravel (Arenón) with a
thickness of 1 cm., prepared in proportion 1:2, or the indicated one by the
Inspector, tightening with the trowel so that the grain is compacted well. When
the setting of the paste has begun, the surface with bristle brush will be
washed until obtaining the wished texture. Meetings will be provided with
expansion each 2 ms in both senses. Before initiating the works, several samples
with the intention of selecting to the size and color of the grain will be
executed and the metering of the paste, in common agreement with the Inspector.
Platform with vitrified Plank. They will be executed in vitrified brick of
first quality, in form of floor tiles, with a nonskid surface, thickness of 2,5
cm., in the places, dimensions and details that indicate the planes or the
Interventoría. On the mezzanine, executed as it were explained in ordinal no. 1,
or on a base of concrete like the described one in ordinal no. 2 of this
numeral, in opinion of the Inspector, a mortar layer will be placed 1:4 of dry
consistency, with minimum thickness of 3 cm. and slopes adapted towards the
water-drainages. On this mortar, still fresh, the based tablets will be placed
completely and presenting/displaying an even, free surface of rebounds or
deformations. The separation between the tablets will be the indicated one in
the planes; these meetings will have to fill up with mortar 1:4 until the same
level of bricks. Finally, the surface preserving it of the traffic will be
cleaned until the completion of the work. When they indicate the planes,
combined vitrified brick floors, Arenón and washed granite, case will be
executed in which they will be constructed as with the briefed drawings, and
following the norms established in this ordinal one. Measurement and Payment.
The price will be moderate by square meter (m2) and includes, all the direct and
indirect costs that the correct execution of the activity implies. |
