Lightened slabs. LIGHTENED SLABS.
Majorities. They will drain fitting itself to the planes with respect to
concrete reinforced, lightening and dimensions and for its construction all the
pertinent one to concrete will consider stipulated in numerals 5,1 to 5,20 of
these specifications, in addition to the indicated thing in the respective
structural planes in each case, and the instructions distributed by the
Inspector. The finished ones for the edges and cut leaks will be constructed
according to the details that are in the planes, and its cost will be including
in the value by square meter (m2) of the slab, therefore there will be no place
to additional payment by this concept. The exposed slabs will be waterproofed in
accordance with the indicated thing in the planes and in common agreement with
the Inspector, having special taken care of in slopes towards the flanks or the
water-drainages, which will be between the 1 and 2% unless they are indicated in
the planes. Measurement and Payment.
The payment will be by square meter (m2) of slab. It
will include the value of all the materials such as: formalists, dummy
installation, tacos, props, concrete lightening, the manual labor,
administration, direction and unforeseen expenses and in general all the
necessary expenses for the correct execution and give of works to satisfaction
of the Organization. The Contractor will consider in addition, that as much the
value of the reinforcement steel as waterproofing is paid separately and they do
not include themselves in the proposed price of slabs, except indication in
opposite. |
