Barbed wire.
WALLS WITH PUAS WIRE. Majorities. The walls will be
constructed in agreement with the shown thing in the planes and according to
these specifications. In order to initiate the work the wall will be located,
which will be constructed following the profile of the ground. When the wall
crosses sudden and narrow ditches or other depressions, posts of greater length
with the additional wire of prongs in the inferior part will be placed del wall
to close it. Before constructing the wall the site will
be sprightly where it is going to be placed and the irregularities of the
surface will be made level in such a way that the wall follows its contours
general. To each side a zone of 0,60 m of wide will be sprightly and the trunks
will retire, weeds, rocks, trees or other obstacles that prevent their easy
construction.
Materials.
Posts. The posts of concrete will be reinforced or wood immunized to the
emptiness and pressure in agreement with corresponding norm ICONTEC. 50 cm. like
minimum will be placed in the form and to the separation indicated in the
planes, buried, of 2.20 ms of length, except opposite indication. After buried
they will have to excel of the surface of the land the length fixed to the
planes. In the changes of direction, inner doors, or to a maximum distance of
100 ms, will settle posts of weather buried 80 cm. like minimum, braced properly
by means of foot of friends, constituted by posts of sufficient length or pieces
of wood sawed and fitted to about 15 cm. of the superior end in grooves worked
before the immunization in the weather post. The posts will settle in the
hollows excavated in the natural land and the space between the edges of the
hollow and the post will fill up with concrete of 175 Kg/cm2. Once finished the
filling, the posts will have to be aligned and plumbed. Round wood posts. They
will be immunized in agreement with norms ICONTEC for the effect and will have
the diameter specified in the planes, with a Maximum tolerance by defect of 20%.
The specified diameters talk about to wood without crust; they must have pieces,
splits, neither cracks of more than 6 mm wide nor greater of 90 cm. in length.
They will be buried downwards with the greater diameter, following the vertical
and aligned by the side that goes the wire.
Posts of concrete. They will make with the concrete type of, reinforcement
and dimensions indicated in the planes or by the Inspector. Posts will not
settle that present/display cracks or fractures and will have minimum curing of
14 days, before their installation. Wire. The barbed wire will be of two twisted
steel threads, galvanized in hot caliber no. 12.5 ASW. It will have prongs of 4
ends of hot wire galvanized in, caliber 14 ASW spaced to a maximum of 15 cm. The
wire used for the fixation of the barbed wire to posts of concrete, will have to
be soft, smooth, galvanized in hot and calibrates no. 12. Staples. The staples
will be of galvanized steel wire no. 9 of 1"for posts of hard wood, and 1,5" for
soft wood posts. Positioning and Fixation of the Wire. If something different is
not specified, the wires will be placed of the inner side of the lot when it
corresponds to medianeríes, or of the side of the route (wide of zone), fixing
threads parallel, stretched and tempering to the indicated height and spacement
in the planes. In terminal posts and the inner doors, the barbed wire will
become involved around the post and it will pay attention at least to three
staples, doubling, tieing and tightening the loose ends. To other posts one will
pay attention with not less than a staple by each thread. Measurement and
Payment. The unit of measurement will be the meter (m), measured on the slope.
In his price they will be including all the direct costs and indirect for the
provision, it transports and positioning of the different elements and the
execution from works necessary to give the walls to the Interventory. |
